Basic Salary
Reviewed annually.
Bonus Payments
Payable to all operational employees, even non sales staff have the opportunity to earn.
Holidays
Reviewed annuallyIndustry beating – Starting at 20 days per annum to 25 days after 5 years service and 30 days after 10 years service.
Pension
Contributory Pension offered upon completion of 12 months postponement period, subject to qualifying criteria.

Flexible Benefits

One day per year is available to all staff for the purpose of charitable activities during business hours without incurring financial loss.
Joker Card
Half day holiday is awarded if nil absenteeism is achieved in the preceding 6 month period. Allocation periods to be 1st Jan to 30th June and 1st July to 31st Dec annually.
Half day holiday on birthdays
If your birthday falls on a working day then you can take either the morning or afternoon off work as holiday.
Suggestion Scheme
All employees are invited to submit suggestions for improvement of company practice/procedures and staff morale for cash rewards.
Charity Dress down Days
Staff are given the option to dress down and donate towards the nominated Outsource Charity.
1 day off for moving house
We all know moving house is difficult, in light of this the directors allow one day off to move house.
